Chemical Storage Tanks
Personalized Plastics can fabricate a wide range of chemical and water storage tanks in plastic materials, using the specifications detailed in BS 4994:1973

Tanks can be produced in capacities varying from 5ltrs to over 55,000ltrs. These tanks can be constructed using Polypropylene and PVC liners and then reinforced with glass reinforced Polyester resin (GRP).

This GRP provides the added strength to these tanks and the tank liners provide the chemical resistance. For the Food & Beverage Industry these Plastics have non-tainting qualities.

PVC Lined Tanks
PVC Lined Tanks are notably used for varying types of chemicals from: Caustic Soda, Sodium Chloride, Phosphoric Acid, and Hyrochloric Acid.

Polypropylene Lined Tanks
Polypropylene Lined Tanks are fabricated from “Celmar” ™ (Polypropylene plastic with a Polyester fleece backing to enable the GRP resin to adhere to the Polypropylene

All these tanks can be (if required) fitted with outlets and inlets (BSP threaded sockets) and also Vents, Manholes and Standing Platforms.
